A State Inspector class is being offered in Nashville August 21 and August 23 from 6-10 p.m.  You must have 5 years’ experience as a beekeeper or have completed the TN Master Beekeepers course to take the class.  Rick Armstrong will continue to keep us posted on this event.

We are planning to have a class that will certify you as a state inspector, and need to gauge interest from our club. The Cheatham County club will host the class, and has a half dozen members who will be attending.

To qualify to take the class, you need to have had and been active with your bees for 5+ years, or at least 3+ years with Dr Skinner's Master classes completed to be eligible for the class and certification.

And you need to be a paid member of the club (so you have 3 meetings in which to get that done if you are interested).. :)

Dates we have penciled in for the class are Sept 11 and Sept 13, for four hours each evening, at the Cheatham County Library in Ashland City.

Please contact Tom and let him know if you are interested, along with your qualifications/experience that I can pass along to Mike Studer.
